I have been going to this office now for a few years and have had a great experience with Dr. Carlos Ortiz. I have had quite a lot of work done with Dr. C. Ortiz. I have always been explained the treatment options, provided a written treatment plan with the costs and have had the chance to think about it before moving forward. My only issue is that it is difficult to communicate properly with the staff as most cannot converse clearly in english.

My 7-year-old son went in for his annual checkup and cleaning and they told us that he had 10 cavities. Most of his teeth are still baby teeth. We went ahead and had two of them taken care of however his whole side of his jaw and his lips we're extremely swollen for well over 2 days. Not to mention the pain. We were concerned so I tried to call them back that night that there was no way to get in touch with them. 2 days later he is still very swollen and they wanted to see him that's when they told us that all that is is that he's been chewing on his lip which he had not been doing at all. I wish I had read the reviews before I took my son there I will be looking for a much better dentist for him from now on. Also they were not very accommodating and they were not concerned

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!! When I first went there they told me all of my old cavities needed to be refilled.. so I got them done. 4 refilled. Then I go in for my next cleaning 6 months later and they said I had 7 yep SEVEN cavities and needed a root canal and I asked them to show me everything on the x rays as this is not possible and they caught a bad attitude when I asked for an explanation because they make this all up for money! I went to a new dentist and sure enough no problems and no root canal or anything. This place needs to be shut down. Money hungry and rude.

Nice place, but on more than 1 occasion, they changed my appt. 1st 2 times I thought it was my fault. But this last time I'd had an appt for 6 mo. No one was on the schedule for the whole day when i booked. I specifically sched thurs 3.10, last appt so I could get to golf right after. Tuesday confirmed 3.10. Thursday 11.47am reminder of my 1.30 2pm call, I missed my appt. I'll find a new Dentist after this

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I was there for 1.5 hours for a routine exam and cleaning and left without getting my teeth cleaned! After being gagged during the numerous xray process and the dentist reviewing my teeth, they determined they were unable to do a basic cleaning and could only do a "special" cleaning and charge me an additional $89. I politely declined and asked for the basic cleaning, which they said they were unable to do.
