Central Dentist is truly outstanding. The entire team is kind, welcoming, and incredibly easy to work with from start to finish. You can immediately tell they genuinely care about your whole-body health, not just your teeth. They’ve truly thought of everything to make patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for. Dr. Jill Ombrello and Dr. Sahil Sawnani have an amazing team, a clean and calming environment, and a level of care that goes above and beyond. Jackie the dental hygienist was great, very knowledgeable and gentle. Emily was amazing, very welcoming and helpful! Highly recommend Central Dentist to anyone looking for a dental office that treats you like a whole human, not just a mouth!

We are so grateful for the care our family has received from Dr. Jill Ombrello and her entire dental practice. She has taken exceptional care of me, my husband, and our son. Dr. Ombrello is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things in a way that makes you feel confident and at ease. I also love her sense of humor. :). I normally have Melanie as my hygienist of whom I totally trust and she happened to be out today so Jackie took her place. I was super worried bc today is the first cleaning I have had since a hip replacement July 2024 where I was told I must take antibiotics for the rest of my life during dental cleanings. Ombrello confirmed they could use laser and ozone (instead of antibiotics) to get rid of bacteria that could lead to an infection in my hip. Jackie has 22 years of experience and left me feeling confident that all would go well—she calmed my nerves, did thorough work and all went well. And my teeth look and feel amazing again. Thank you!

Always a great experience! Jackie was fantastic! Really put in the time with my daughter who wasn’t feeling her cleaning today. She was so patient with her and got the job done even with pushing closing time. Looking forward to the next cleaning!

I don’t usually file complaints, but feel compelled to share my experience from a recent visit, as it raises several concerns. This morning I brought my elderly mother in for an emergency appointment. I appreciate that your team was able to accommodate us on a short notice. However, upon arrival, we were informed she could not be seen because she didn’t have an ID. I explained that we had to rush to the appointment and had a copy of her passport with me. I had to get approval form the office manager after asking the front staff for the dentist. I needed immediate assistance for my mom and my entire family are patients at this office. Despite the initial issue, approval was received by the office manager to receive treatment, X-rays were taken and treatment was discussed. We were told
