Central Dental Care: Dr. Celia P. Octoman DDS (Covina)

Unprofessional staff.They constantly cancel appointments. Anytime I arrive to my appointment time, I will be waiting for over 30 minutes before being attended to and this was at every appointment by the way. One staff touched my hair while I was getting my brackets changed completely disrespectful. She’s also the same staff who let someone with a later appointment than me go in before me. I would not recommend. Also extremely cheap I had to use the same color for my braces because they refuse to get other colors “until they finish the ones they have there” The colors were ugly colors which is clearly the reason no one wants to use them.

Bad root canal experience, apparently this place just uses the Doctor Celia" name, one of the dental assistants told me so upon asking for pain medication after my root canal was done, was prescribed the wrong pain medication and luckily caught my the pharmacist, nasty attitude from assistant and very little interest in solving my dental pain issue, my wife had issues also but I tried to give them benefit of doubt..I should have listened, outdated equipment and unlimited x rays exposure during procedure...be aware..guys, sky" was great help at front desk

I am so thankful that my family and I found Central Dental years ago. The service and the atmosphere is extraordinary!!! They have taken all the necessary interventions to make sure our oral health is well taken care of and go above and beyond for everything I need. The front desk managers are great and engaging. My hygienist is the BEST! She is so sweet and helpful and fun to talk to. Dr. Octoman is highly educated and with decades of experience, it’s not hard to trust her word. Highly recommend Dr. Octoman and staff

The office manger was quite unpleasant with us several times and once by trying to paint a bad picture of us towards the doctor through her false notes. Therefore had to switch dentist due to her being unpleasant. Wait time was always an hour long to get any major procedures done here even when they didn't have too many patients coming in and out or sitting inside. A shame we had to switch dentist since I loved the Dr. O just not the manager and some of the unpleasant staff. I also noticed they favored or treated our male relatives better than our female relatives. Not exposing real names of course for our rights of privacy.

The doctors at this practice are simply the best. Everyone treats me like family. When I walk in, I always feel welcomed and cared for. After completing my Invisalign with them, I’ll be sure to say the experience was exceptional. Communication from all the doctors were top notch. I’m in love with the results. Took less than a year and my smile is so straight, I couldnt be more pleased with the results. 10/10 they did an excellent job
