I've been seeing Dr.Norris for many years due to a specific eye disease that severely limits my vision. Under her excellent care and careful fittings of the hard gas permeable contact lenses needed to correct my vision, I'm able to drive and lead a normal life. She, as well as the rest of her office staff and medical assistants, are friendly, thorough, empathetic, polite, and professional . I highly recommend Central Coast Optimetrics to other and especially to others who might have limitations due to eye disease issues.

Staff is friendly efficient, and pleasant, eager to please Dr Norris is extremely knowledgeable and patient, answers all your questions and is willing to spend time with you.

Dr. Norris is very personable, very thorough. I'm very demanding in obtaining visual clarity at different distances and Dr. Norris really does a good job achieving that. Her staff is friendly and capable. Highly recommend her.

Dr. Norris has a wonderful bedtime manner but there is no bed involved in an eye refraction. She spent a lot of time with me and did some extra things for me. Staff is very friendly and efficient and there was no wait for my appointment. Altogether a pleasant experience. Very well run office that I highly recommend.
