Central Alabama Primary and Urgent Care Associates

I really wish i could give a zero star. Staff very unprofessional. Apparantly doesnt do their job because they never called in a sleep study and then expected me to pay a 25 dollar fee for not showing up? To talk about what? Paying again so i can go in and the doctor to tell me to go have a sleep study again for his staff to not call in. Out of the 4 times i went to this place i saw Dr Irfan (Very Nice Gentleman) once. Breathing issues are serious but apparently not important enough to his staff. I know alot of doctors arent taking any more patients but i would highly recommend looking other places even if you have to use this office short term until something else opens up.

Dr. Irfan is the nicest doctor I've ever met. He truly cares about his patients and he actually listens to everything you tell him. In addition, he has a calming presence, which makes you feel better the moment he enters the room. He is kind, professional, and thorough. I can't help but to thank God for the excellent Dr. Irfan! The office and clinical staff are also pleasant and professional. On a side note, while I do have insurance, I noticed that they also take self-pay, which is a wonderful thing if anyone is looking for a doctor's office that accepts self-pay patients.

Teresa at the front desk is very rude and nasty. I wonder if the doctors and practitioners are aware of how they are treating their patients. That’s probably why they have a sign up excepting new patients!!

Called here as a potentially new patient, immediately placed on hold a solid 5 minutes, hung up and called back to a different representative and nicely explained being placed on a longer than expected hold time, her nonchalant tone told me all I needed to know about NOT BEING A NEW PATIENT HERE. Customer service is very important to me even before the care I would receive. I wouldn’t have minded if I was told we are super busy can I get a name and number and call back but instead was asked “What do you need” and non apologetic did it for me.

There are a lot of primary care doctors one can see, but the doctors at this central Alabama primary care do what is best for their patients and that is taking very good care of every patient who walks into their clinic. They both are very upstanding gentlemen who are always trying to improve the lives of their patients. I got too sick after I came back from an overseas trip, but Dr Irfan worked tirelessly at his hospital to help me get better. I'm very thankful for the critical care I received from him and his staff! They have excellent referrals for any patient who needs to see any specialized doctors. Go see them for any health issues that may be bothering you. You would be glad that you did!
