I got an antibiotic from the ER they claimed they needed it to be sent in a second time for them to deny giving me the antibiotic because they said the orders didn’t make any sense but I can assure you that nobody’s going to forge a prescription for antibiotics

I am compelled to share my utterly dismal experience with Ellen at Centerwell Pharmacy, a establishment that has fallen woefully short of even the most basic standards of professionalism and customer service. At the helm of this debacle is Pharmacist Ellen, whose behavior can only be described as egregious, reprehensible, and downright appalling. During my interactions with Ellen, I was subjected to a level of rudeness, nastiness, and disrespect that I have never encountered in my entire life. Her demeanor was consistently unprofessional, and her actions bordered on the absurd. To put it succinctly, Ellen's behavior was an affront to the very principles of pharmacy practice. One of the most egregious offenses committed by Ellen was the unauthorized transfer of my prescription to another

If I could give a (0) I would. When Humana Pharmacy changed to CenterWell things got worse around 2023 I began to notice that when you talk to anyone in the pharmacy they all had different answers for the same question. I was prescribed a medication by my doctor that is suppose to increase in strength each month . Because they are not knowledgeable the first month they sent me a 2 month supply of the same dosage. I question them about it and they said it was the doctors fault I would think they should know also and question the prescription . At least call me to be sure. I was left paying the copay for whoever’s mistake. They had some smooth talking lady talk to me on the phone about 3 hrs claiming she would get it straighten out. Not happy with pharmacy. Called on 09/18/2024. Phones don't get answered and my delivery is 5 days late When I called to ask about my meds a woman told me " if you have enough time to call and refill them you have time to pick them up " I was shocked as I have always been treated excellent. This is a new person ...I also called today and a young lady told me I could always go to another pharmacy if I didn't like their additude...

Center well pharmacy was pressuring me to pay for a $408 prescription for Farxiga. I payed the 40% with 2, 20% payments in the next 2 months. Mr Dr Prescibed Jardience to another pharmacy. Jardience has no co pay. I tried to cancel and get refunded my payment. Center Well won't help me with this. I will never again try to use this lame money grubbing company again. I do not recommend not using Center Well.
