This practice has been very helpful for our family. I dearly miss Dr Eckhardt. In the meantime, Dr Timmerman’s sing song voice has been a staple. About 2 years ago, the practice acquired Dr Heng. I have 2 children and also need vision a prescription. So, I visit this office 3x each year. Dr Heng has become my favorite provider at this office. She automatically explains everything, and is quick to understand and explain anything. Recently, she commented on a relationship of medical diagnoses and related daily medications to the eye and sight. I hadn’t written the medication on the sheet. Dr Heng asked about medications, I told her, and she immediately responded with info about how that childhood medication also effects eye development Amazing!!

Great experience I got there a little early.Thought I had some paperwork. Nope they had everything ready. Took me back immediately. Super nice ladies. I think that's all I seen was ladies. lol Lisa T. and the staff have been taking care of us for several years now. Thanks

Dr. Heng is an excellent provider. My son was seen for transitioning from ortho-k to soft contact lenses, and we are very pleased with the help we received from her. She is very friendly and knowledgeable, and she ensured that my son got the right contact lenses for his eye condition. All the staff members are friendly and respectful. This is the best place for eye care!

I have been a patient of Dr. Chandler for many years and am always pleased with his care as well as his office staff. When I lost a contact yesterday, they gave me a loaner the same day and an appointment today, and squeezed me in for a follow-up before Christmas. I appreciate this patient-friendly practice and highly recommend them.

Honestly, I was nervous at first 'cause I ain't been to an eye doctor before...🥲 Somehow they all made me so welcome like ne'er before...👌🏽 Dr. Heng was so super nice and made me feel so calm while she's examining my eyes. She's the doctor I'd recommend to anyone who's an extreme introvert like me...😅 I'm definitely coming back to wherever she goes...🫱🏾‍🫲🏼
