My entire family comes here. Used to come here as a kid. Made an appt after separating from the Navy only to be told I had to wait 7 months. Okay fine. Didn’t get a single reminder text, email, mail, nothing. Probably because they didn’t do their job to update any of my contact information. Then get charged $50 (which they never disclosed was a policy) because I didnt show because I had to work AND I got nothing as a reminder so I figured it was never actually booked. Don’t go here, I’ll advise my family to look elsewhere as well.

I also have been coming to Centerville Dental for a number of years. They are the best! I no longer dread going to the dentist. I have complete faith in them. They are compassionet proffessionals. Thank you to all those at Centerville Dental.

I have been a patient for several years, always a positive experience. everyone is professional, courteous, helpful, pleasant. I recently had a tooth break. they set up an appointment very quickly. Courtney and Dr Regalla worked seemlessly to address the problem. Dr Strauss also came in as they conferred to verify the treatment. Everything was thoroughly explained. very patient, answered my questions. work was efficient , painless. I highly recommend this practice.

I've been going here for over 20 years. Recently I chipped a tooth. They got me an appointment ASAP and had it fixed in a jiffy. I trust them absolutely - always professional, explain my options clearly, and they're very good with nervous patients. All of the staff I've dealt with have been kind and courteous. I would never want to go anywhere else.

My family was dismissed from the practice. No one will tell us what happened. My sister and I went in for cleanings. Quiet appointments. Said thank you and left. Mom went in for a cleaning and to get some advice for help with her bridge and was told she would be mailed some options for dealing with it. Scheduled follow up appointments for cavities and future work. Got a letter in the mail that we were dismissed with no explanation. Said they will see us for emergency work for 30 days and when my sister said she has pain from her cavity they said they would "treat her pain" but wouldn't fill the cavity. I have no idea what happened and why they are acting as secretive as the CIA over the details of what happened. If something so terrible happened you can't treat us wouldn't we remember it?
