Centers Urgent Care of Middle Village

If you’re looking for a visit that’s quick, this is the place. Other than that, I’m not a fan on how they handle professionalism. Both the MA and Doctor did not ask me to confirm my name and birthday. It seems tedious but that’s something that is important. They could’ve thought I was someone else but not know because they didn’t ask. The Doctor came in but didn’t say who he was. He asked what my concerns were and prescribed me medication which I’m thankful for. Overall, I think the visit was around 20-25 minutes. Personally, I would not want to go again just because they didn’t make sure I was their correct patient, that’s important to me and making sure no HIPAA violations are made.

After a minor accident at work left me needing stitches, I walked in feeling stressed and a little shaken. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with a warm smile and genuine kindness. Everything—from the cost of the visit to the procedures—was explained to me clearly and honestly, which immediately put me at ease. The doctor and staff treated me with such compassion and professionalism that I never once felt anxious or rushed. Their gentle care truly made a difficult moment so much easier. I’m incredibly grateful for the way I was treated, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return here if I ever need help again.

Had a positive experience thankfully for this visit Saturday 1/10/26 though they opened a little late (about 20 mins) the staff was already there waiting on co worker who had key to open. I was the 1st patient with intake evaluated & seen quickly by a very caring staff and young doctor I asked to be tested for covid/ flu since I was sick from that Monday and already on Antibiotics but not feeling better thankfully both tests were negative. He said I had also developed conjunctivitis (red+ burning) both eyes and this was adding to my malaise he prescribed antibiotic eye drops and instructed me to continue other meds from my primary and to go home get lots of rest + stay hydrated. Was about an hour start to finish and I was on my way home. 👍

its always a hit or miss when you go, last time i went the lady who was the doctor spent 2 minutes in the room with me and didn't even help me, told me to do exactly as i was doing. the nurses or people who take the blood pressure and see you before are so sweet so thats the reason for the 3 stars.

Good experience. Receptionist-Patient Coordinator was incredible. Helpful & very knowledgeable. Made a difficult day less stressful. Nice space & short wait. Would recommend.
