My dog went in for an ear infection check up, but the vet was able to give him his annual shot and his fecal exam only one day, which is great. Also, my dog has insurance and the lovely front desk. Ladies are able to submit the claims for you, which is such a time saver. Also making an appointment with them is such a breeze. I just txt them. Thank you!

Consistently exceptional! Staff at the front desk are very helpful in addressing issues in relation to pet parents' concerns; they readily reach out to the doctor as needed and will be forthright if the doctor in whom you are interested is not available at the time, etc. They also know how to relay your questions correctly to the doctors, which I think, wouldn't always be that easy. I appreciate this very much. I have preferences for specific doctors over others, but that is my personal opinion. The doctors whom I reach for to care for my pets are professional and knowledgeable, but very caring, too. I have confidence in the doctors whom I see there for my pets.

I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Kelly for her professionalism, patience, and genuine care. When Shirley was unwell, it was a very stressful time for us as pet owners, and Dr. Kelly was incredibly attentive throughout the process. She took the time to clearly explain test results and treatment options, and most importantly, she continued to follow up on Shirley’s condition, which made us feel truly supported and reassured. I would also like to thank the front desk staff — they were all very kind, patient, and caring. They were friendly to Shirley and always helpful with communication, scheduling, and follow-ups, making the entire experience much smoother during an anxious time. Quite the hidden gem. Brought my dog in and was treated well by everyone. Dr Kelly was attentive and had a great bedside manner. All procedures were explained in depth. The surprisingly the cost was reasonable. My and the fur babies will definitely be back.
