Centers Urgent Care of Gateway Brooklyn

1st time here. Front desk young lady was very nice. She registered me quickly. Took my copay and sat down for 1 minute and was called to the back. The Medical Assistant was very professional and nice as well. The doctor came in a few minutes later. Very professional and explained everything. Was in and out in a total of maybe 30 -;40 minutes. Wonderful visit.

Had to wait about 15 minutes for someone to come to the receptionist area not sure why. There were four of us waiting. When the male receptionist came, he sent a patient in then proceeded to help the two others who were waiting by the counter. He was very professional and respectful when checking us in. About ten minutes later , a Medical Assistant came and took us in, did my vitals and necessary screening. He was so empathetic and kind. The female doctor who was pregnant came in about three minutes later and immediately proceeded to find out what was wrong. She was an active listener. She gave me feedback about my concerns and tests that were conducted. She was very caring. She gave me a shot that was not painful and advised me about the next steps if I did not feel better. First time to get assistance from this place. Dr Norman and his assistant were great and compassionate with my back injury. I can’t complain. The place was clean and a safety environment. Dr Medical assistant were very attentive with my pain and injury. Thanks again 🙏♥️

This is one of the best medical facilities I’ve been to In a while. The office is clean. They are highly professional from the front door the medical assistant, x-ray tech, and off course the attending physician, who set the pace. I don’t recall her name. They let me leave the office with all smiles and confident that I received the best care that I needed. I had a glass splinter in my finger that nagged me for several days. I taught I removed it all. I knew something was wrong. My skin started to heal over the splinter. I taught all hope was gone. I was frantic that my finger was infected or worse. The X-ray tech and Doctor flew into action, removed the splint and ease my pain. I am truly grateful, for there care. Thank you guys, I.R

The receptionist was very polite and helpful. The nurse was very sweet and attentive. They were concerned with my symptoms and saw me right away. The nurse practitioner was very concerned and proceeded to tell me that she was sending me to the hospital because she wanted them to look more into it and run some test. She called the ambulance and made sure they took me to the hospital I was comfortable with. This was the first time at that location and it was by far one of my best experiences at an Urgent care
