Centers Urgent Care of Forest Hills

I really appreciate this place. They’re efficient, kind and always willing to come to a resolution that supersedes most urgent care offices. The doctors are nice as well as the rest of the care team specifically Wendy. Very thoughtful and efficient. Best urgent care that offers a wide range of services in the patient care spectrum.

The only urgent care that was open within my area last snow storm. Thanks to them I was able to be treated right away with my UTI. I received the lab result via email but what I know is they should call the patient if there’s findings and or have to make changes with the medications. After completing antibiotics for 5 days, I still have symptoms for 2 more days. Decided to see my primary care and showed the result of my last test. Have to change the antibiotic. And then I received a phone call from the urgent care about the result. It could’ve been solved earlier. They said they cannot contact my number, how come? Making this review for improvement purposes. No bias.

I just want to say a huge thank you to the two beautiful Queens who made my visit so special! I was so nervous coming in but the woman at the front desk was very sweet , patient, and welcoming she instantly made me feel at ease. The doctor who took my blood was amazing as well gentle, caring, and had such a positive energy. They both turned what could’ve been a stressful visit into one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at an urgent care. Thank you both ladies for being so beautiful and for treating me with such care and kindness! Bless you !!

They were excellent and very professional on customer service. The receptionist is so nice and very professional. The female Doctor was awesome she was very helpful with my issues. I really recommend this place. Thank you for your great service on New Year’s Eve.

I had an inner ear infection, and the receptionist, Erika, took care of me straight away. She was polite, as well as understanding of needs. Also Jenna, the doctor I saw, treated me and answered all my questions. They were basically a "dream team"! ☺️
