Centers Urgent Care of Bay Ridge

It was my first visit to urgent care , In the past, I have broad family members and they always had a good experience at this urgent care. I was Greeted by a very pleasant receptionist makes you feel very comfortable right off the bat the place is spacious very clean , extremely clean. I was called in right away cared for by a very pleasant provider. Within 15 minutes, they ran all the necessary viral testing everything was negative, but did have a nagging upper respiratory and ear infection Jumped on right away, calling in prescriptions. I was in and out within 20 minutes, definitely one of the better places Big thank you💜

I had to bring my daughter in a few days before Christmas with a terrible cough and vomiting. When we arrived, our information was taken very quickly by a very lovely receptionist. The waiting room was clean and I absolutely love that they have an area for the kids to play; this made waiting with a 5 year old much easier haha. We were taken back quickly, I'd say may 5 minutes max. The NPs that saw us were super friendly and made my daughter feel very comfortable. The gentleman that took her tests was very gentle (doing 4 nose swabs on a sick kiddos wasn't an easy task). She had wheezing so they immediately gave her a nebulizer and sent us home with a face mask to do at home nebulizer treatments. At the end, they gave her some bubbles. The most amazing experience here. Super clean and speedy check in process. The nurse was so sweet and made us feel comfortable even while feeling terrible with the flu. The doctor was amazing- knowledgeable and honest just like you'd want. I will definitely return here should my health require me to do so.

This has got to be one of the best walk-in clinics . You know I go into City MD sometimes and it's atrocious. I had a great experience at centers of urgent care . I always do when I go there. And just to make special note their front desk receptionist Altin was awesome. Dr. Grogan. Really knows her stuff and then the receptionist that helps me on the phone, Citlali, was really friendly and kind as well. You walk in there you get seen within 10-15 minutes tops they know what they're doing.. they're tprofessionals and the place is spotless. I highly recommends going there

The dr there really saved me, I was sick for over 3 weeks, went previously to another dr in Mercy Medical and was diagnosed with just a cold and they told me the virus is probably already dead. This dr knew from the first moment that I had a bacterial sinus infection and that I was dehydrated and prescribed me antibiotics and other meds. Seriously cant believe how much longer I would have been sick if I didnt go. Thank you!
