Can’t say enough positive about Center Grove Animal Clinic! We started bringing both of our mini labradoodles here as babies…about three years ago. Previously went to the “big” vets in Franklin with our previous dogs…but that place was a madhouse and we never saw the same vet twice! Switched to CGAC and such a different experience: a small place, calm atmosphere,no wait time…they schedule the appointments so that there is not a crowded waiting room. They give our pups treats too. Makes the process so much easier with the calm atmosphere. Their prices are much more reasonable than the former place also! When we began here there was only one vet, now there are two and both are so gentle and sweet talking to our boys. I love watching their interaction with the boys…we will be faithful patien

We knew our dog friend needed help escaping the prison that her body had become. She was so sweet, kind and loyal, so she couldn't let go... CGAC made that difficult decision (and process) not just tolerable, but beautiful. Her favorite thing in the world was food, and they gave her a last meal beyond her wildest dreams. We had fears about her being traumatized in her last hours, but they were flexible, empathetic and helpful. She went so peacefully. I don't write reviews very often, but I felt compelled to do this one. It's so rare to find true empathy and humanity in any business these days. But these ladies blew me away with their kindness.

The ladies at Center Grove Animal Clinic were exceptional both times I brought my cat to them. They listened, were understanding, very thorough with information, and they took great care of my cat. Furthermore, they didn't over prescribe unnecessary medications for my cat and their fees and prices are fair! I highly recommend Center Grove Animal Clinic!

The staff is great there! I can hear them in the other room talking so sweetly to my puppy while taking care of him. They are always prompt and are available to talk on the phone too. The place is very clean too. I highly recommend them!!

We attended CGAC for the first time with our newly adopted, very nervous dog today. The entire staff from the front desk, tech, Dr and others went above and beyond to make both me and the dog extremely comfortable. I felt heard and highly recommend the level of care shown by this staff! 5 stars, you won't regret it!
