Centercare Urgent Care-Kings Hwy

I went into thier urgent care with a massive headache that I could not get rid of. I had it for about five days. They quickly found that imy blood pressure was extremely high and they took alot of time to try to help bring it down so I wont end up in the hospital. I'm very thankful that they truly cared and were very nice. I will definitely go back. This is coming from someone who hates to go to the doctor lol

I would never imagine that being a self pay patient would give me less care. Being told your not allowed to see the doctor because of being self pay and had to see a Nurse Practitioner then having the NP say "I can't diagnose because im not a doctor" $330... for what? At least it came with a doctors note.

The lady at the front desk is very slow extremely slow. I arrive at 9:55. As of 10:28 she still has not check me in. There were 6 people in front of me which she had not checked as of 10:32. What the hell is going on at king george center care I give them a minus 0. People complaining What taking so long

The doctor rushed the examination and incorrectly diagnosed me with the flu never ran a test or anything. Long story short I had to go to another urgent care bc symptoms got worse turned out to be a sinus infection

I was here early March or late Feb 2025, sick as a dog and had come in after leaving work early. I ended up testing positive for covid on a rapid test and was confirmed positive on a PCR a few days later. They were able to print my result on a work note so I could turn it in to my manager. I ended up back a week or two later for a refill of a medication. I have bad eczema on my hands and arms. Even though he was refilling a rx for me for something else, the provider noticed my skin and was concerned, which I appreciate. Staff were great, no complaints. Can't remember the providers' names but thank you to them, and also thank you Donna and Martha. Martha has worked here for a while and she is very professional.
