Do not take your kids here unless you don't want thier shits or medical charts updated. I've been here a few times with my kids and multiple times they not updated my child's chart. I went in once 4 months after my daughter's shots and her records with the state had not been updated and the doctor came in trying to regive shots she had already received, i had to ask them to please review her last visit take more time. They NEVER have the shot she needs forcing me to come back, but yet when asked they can not tell me if the medication will be there or not if reschedule. They legit tell you we don't know if it will be here or not... like what??Meaning you can show up just for them to take you back and tell you we don't have it. Don't know what's going on. It's so hit or miss with this location. Today they have messed up my child's information, which caused issues at the pharmacy, then they wrote different dosages on the prescription, causing more problems with the pharmacy. Was the only patient there at 9am and it's now 3pm and still don't have the prescription because the provider has not clarified dose with the pharmacy. Absolutely unsat.

I want to thank you guys for coming to King George. You all have been wonderful. I have been coming here since 2017 and always have a good experience. The wait is really not an issue. I went to Nextcare and waited for more than 4 hrs to see a lazy and disgusting PA. Thank you for all you guys have been doing and thank you for coming to King George.

This last time; I went because of an infection on my leg, and I remember that I needed a refill so I mentioned it too. The front desk (first time I see her) not even made eye contact, no emotion, nothing. When she reads infection, refill she just say we can see you for one thing… obviously the infection was main concern so I went for it. The Doctor that attended me was really nice, the infection was a 2 minute look, then she sees I need refill, she asked me if I still had, and I said two days of it. Then she mention the one thing per visit and that I can come back other day for the refill. What gets me is the inhumanity or inconsiderate behavior, since they know another visit means another copayment, they just didn’t cared. If you are Tricare-Humana military. You can NOT use them as your primary care. They cannot communicate with Tricare to get referrals approved. You will end up with appointments you have to pay out of pocket. If you have blood labs done with them you'll pay a huge Co-Pay. They will not tell you any of this. I wasted months and a lot of money struggling to get them to do anything. You never see a real doctor here either, even if you have an appointment. They're good for runny noses and stubbed toes only.
