Center Pharmacy

Called in my prescription on a Thursday. Waited to be contacted so I could pick it up. By the following Tuesday, still no call so I called them. Prescription was ready the very day I called it in and no one bothered to let me know. I asked why I wasn’t called and they had no reason. I feel that the requirement to pay for your prescription up front should afford someone making the effort to contact you as soon as it is ready.

My experience with Center Pharmacy has been top notch. Customer service is Great, staff is always professional

Not sure what happened but I drove all the way over there from Phenix City and they didn't have my prescription ready or even in their system I had my paperwork in my hand from the dermatologist and I showed them and then I called my dermatologist who said it was sent , not sure what the problem was I was going for major surgery in a few days and so I wasn't even able to go back and get it it had to be made there. So my advice would be call to be sure they have it before you make the trip over

Great place for compounds and all RX services. Friendly considerate staff and owner. Is usually on hand also. Would recommend for any prescription service.
