I went to make an appointment today. The receptionist stated I had an over $300 bill. She stated they sent it to collections in 2019 and it has been collecting interest in their office since then. Is this legal? I thought that once it goes to collection it no longer collects interest with the dr.. I tried to settle the debt, but they refused. They did not offer me a phone number to call to talk to anyone either.. they did take my money to pay my moms bill.

The staff was lovely, wait time short, and the doctor was thorough and pleasant. I had a suspicious mole and he went through why it was suspicious compared to my others and I was able to have it removed at that appointment. I had to reschedule my initial appointment and that was simple and the office staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff and Doctor did an outstanding job. Did not have to wait long at all in waiting room. Got paperwork done, initial appointment, and had minor skin cancer removed all in under an hour of my day in one visit. High Five to the team over there. I don't know when I can ever say I have been in and out that quickly from any doctors office.

I still sit here numbed by the way I was treated by the Dr. When my husband and I went to consult with my terrible ongoing skin condition we were elated at the immediate care I received! The staff was great, because my husband had to preface my appts with, “My wife has severe PTSD, so this is difficult for her.” They were so accommodating it made me able to go to appointments by myself. Dr. Tried a few meds, and eventually found one that WORKED!! He gave me samples, trying to find the right dose. Once he was satisfied he said, “insurance companies have issues with this med, but don’t worry! If nothing else, heck, I’ll just do samples.” Whew!! I found a Dr. that actually cared, in real time, and I once and for all had no spots, no itching!! I was amazed and so thankful. We got notice that o

I read the reviews on here before I called to make the appointment. There were many reviews praising the staff. I don’t know who they talked to, but the gal who answered the phone was sure rude and short with me. I made the appointment but when she hung up at the end without saying goodbye and basically cut me off, I called back and told her how rude she was and to cancel my appointment. She didn’t apologize or anything to try to keep me as a patient. I will not be calling them again and I definitely will let people know how I was treated.
