The wound clinic has the best, most friendly and professional staff. I was always treated with dignity and respect and they have a wonderful set of people running that clinic. I could never forgive myself if I did not share my thoughts about what I believe to be a most heavenly place, for the staff here are nothing but highly dedicated angels sent to ameliorate my spirit by calming my concerns and healing my ailments. I have been to the wound clinic and the lymphadema clinic on the other side of the building. The staff are among the most wonderful people you could ever meet. You are the most important person they will treat. They make you feel that way.

I have a long history at the wound care center. As a diabetic I’m susceptible to issues concerning my feet. I’ve had hyperbaric treatments. Doctor treatments and at the Crane Center surgery followed by appointments for follow up. Berkshire county is lucky to have such a service available. Another medical facility wanted to amputate my toes without even considering alternatives.

Why o why did the doctor ignore me when I kept saying my foot is infected? Luckily, I’m at the hospital now getting treatment
