All the staff were super nice. Dr. Fazili spent plenty of time with me, listened to all of my concerns, and didn't make me feel rushed at all even though he was a bit behind. He made sure I understood the plan and felt good about next steps. Highly recommend.

Everyone has been great helping to care for my husband and his many urological problems. He says Tara is the best catheter nurse!! Thank you all.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Prescriptions are always getting messed up or not sent. Appointments are always messed up. The one girl at the counter is always rude. Worst doctors office I've ever dealt with

I don’t often take the time to write reviews but in this case I want to acknowledge the terrific service I received from Jessica while on the phone with her this afternoon. All Center for Urology employees I’ve been in communication with have been good- no complaints… but Jess provided exceptional service and it should be recognized. While being knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and patient with my questions, she took my requests and quickly addressed them with superior follow through and confirmed with me via a return call. It’s a good feeling knowing things were taken care of correctly and promptly. Keep up the good work and thank you!

Absolutely one of the best experiences of my life! I’m 4 weeks post operation Turp surgery for my enlarged prostate. Even when turned down by my insurance company for Aquablation,( I did the research for the Best), I stayed with Dr Fazili for the Turp surgery because of the trust built and belief of his dedication to his craft. Dr Fazili delivered! Dr Fazili has to be one of the Best surgeons in NYS!! ❤️ 🙏 The guy knows his craft well! 💪 Dr Fazili explained everything in detail and his bedside manner is old school and family oriented. Small and caring people do exist in this medical industry!! Your Not just a number here.
