I had an incredible experience at my dental appointment today. As soon as I checked in, I didn’t wait long before Desiree brought me back for my visit. She was amazing from the very beginning friendly, professional, and so easy to talk to. I came in for a root canal, and Desiree made me feel completely comfortable. She checked on me throughout the process, kept a great conversation going, and handled my cleaning with so much care and patience. You can truly tell she loves what she does. Dr. Jordan was also exceptional. He explained every step of the procedure, made sure I understood what was happening, and was extremely friendly and professional the entire time. Was recommended by Puget Sound Perio to see the West famlly of endodontists to save my tooth with a root canal. One of the sons, took me on as a patient and it was a long, arduous process. The tooth was badly abscessed so Dr. West had to clean it out first before he could do the root canal. He let me know that there were no guarantees and it took quite some time before the abscess was healed and ready the tooth for the root canal. I was hopeful considering how knowledgeable every member of this team is and was not disappointed. No pain and it is healing perfectly. I just returned for the post-checkup. Everything was perfect. I especially had a wonderful experience with Ericka who showed great attention to detail and kindness during my visits to have a root canal (from a different endodontist in a previous state I lived in) re-done. Ericka performed the majority of my initial appointment to prepare for my root canal, and it went by quickly and efficiently.
