Dr. Burnett is very friendly, professional and very efficient. Focused on my needs also she educated/informed me what was going on with my skin as she came up with a regimen with particular skin care products to treat my issue I was facing. Also wanted me to come back within a month to ensure that her solution was properly working (in which it was). She did inform me if any type of symptoms occur be sure to contact her office. She's very nice and helpful. Also did an excellent job with getting my skin back on track. I would recommend her anytime but I attend her office in the Lake Mary location.

I do understand how people can feel rushed as i felt that way in the beginning.But she is a very positive and extremely knowledgeable doctor. I have been going to Burnnette for almost 2 years she's been the only one that corrected my cystic acne and has also cleared my hidradenitis. I have tried so many dermatologist and none have recommended what she did. Yes it did cost more than the generic stuff but it also worked way better and faster. She might be quick but she's effective.

My appointment today was rushed.. I could not get a word in.. She spoke fast and over me each time i tried to get a word in. Appointment was less than 5 minutes $60 later... She barely looked at the areas of concerned for my abcess.. Pushed humera an expensive drug ..instead of incision an drainage of my painful hidrenitus abcess which was the purpose of my visit. I will give her a 3 stars in hope that she will read this and work on listening and not rushing because if so she has the potential be great. Her overall presence and disposition was positive and though she spoke fast and rushed she seemed very knowledgeable about aspects of my condition, but she has room for improvement

Never. Again. The facility was scary, the doctor feels like her patience are troublesome. I've been waiting on biopsy results for over a month, each time I call the office, no one is there. It's only open on Friday and I can't even get anyone then. Go do Associates in Dermatology on Lake Underhill in Orlando if you want a great doctor, wonderful staff and fast results.

I read some pretty bad reviews on line, but i decided to be my own judge and give her a chance...so i Called and the front office staff was a joke! I literally felt like i was on some sort of tv show like punked! She kept giving me an appointment date then she would laugh and saying "oh waiiiiit noo, just kidding! Thats not available!"...she did this at least 3 times!! then she tried to take payment over the phone for something that i didnt even get done! i was going to be charged 135$ for just a consultation, mind you, the procedure was not guaranteed! So needless to say, i didnt go. Found another dr. So worth it!
