This place changed my life. I’ve been seeing Mrs Lisa for over a year. When I first walked inside the office I was a bit nervous being my first real experience with therapy. They made me feel welcome and comfortable. People laugh at me because I call this place cute. I use “cute “ because their rooms are comfortable and just relaxing. The hour feels like ten minutes. This will be my ONLY recommendation if you are in Ruston and Monroe or just in the area. The staff are extremely friendly either when I call or come in.

Awful patient care! Victoria the scheduler needs more organized. I've had to reschedule 3 times and every excuse is they are booked , we dont make confirmation calls, and certain days are for testing- Tuesday testing day and our last reschedule appointment was Monday???? This office needs better staff. The councilor is never available cause he is of the office. I have drove 1 hour to this appointment 3 times and have yet to make it past the intake packet. Definitely the worst place!

I have been a client of Mrs. Lisa Trussell since January of 2020. She introduced me to A.R.T. Therapy to assist me in dealing with past and recent traumatic experiences. I had been searching for healing for some time and at times felt hopeless in learning how to cope with my emotions and fears. Mrs. Trussell showed me the effectiveness of ART therapy by implementation during one of our sessions. Art therapy works by replacing a traumatic memory with a more positive one. Of course there’s more to the process but I found it highly effective in my treatment regime. If you are dealing with traumatic experiences, I definitely recommend ART therapy to process and heal.

Very organized staff and clean environment. Everyone I have spoken with have been extremely nice. I have made so much progress since I started here!
