From the start, I’ve had a terrible experience with this place. They made me pay for a service (a patch test) upfront, which was very expensive. Turns out, after I spoke with a doctor, I didn’t even need to do the test; I could’ve just done bloodwork. So I get the test done, and I go in 2 days later to get the results. The doctor who gave me my results did not give me the correct patch number. Good thing I took photos of my back with the patches on and off, so i was able to see which rash was associated with which patch number. Also, I was told I only had one positive result, but there were actually two. So today, I had my appointment to come back and review the bloodwork (the day after a major snowstorm). I do not typically leave negative reviews, but my recent experience with your office compels me to share this feedback. Before I ever had the opportunity to visit your establishment, I encountered multiple issues with your front desk staff. When I initially called, I was told that I had reached the office while someone was in the middle of something and that I would receive a return call. That call was never returned. When I called again the following day, I was met with an unprofessional attitude from a different receptionist, who ultimately disconnected the call. Tried to scam me and my insurance. Refused to return my insurances phone call and tried to overcharge me $230 but my co-pay is $20. Said we are booking a difference doc. They called back an hour later and told me it would only cost me $30. Based on my experience I’d run the other direction.

I used to go to a different location but wanted to switch doctors because after years they still made me come in once a week for allergy shots. When making my first appointment I didn’t know that this location was connected or else I wouldn’t have made it. Either way this location is even worse and they simply disrespect their patients by overbooking and having them wait hours past their appointment times. They had told me to arrive early to fill out paper work so I show up at 12:20 for my 1 pm appointment. By 3 pm I had to leave. The secretary told me “I can’t just tell a patient to get out of the room so we can see you” which wasn’t my intention but a doctors office shouldn’t be running three hours behind without warning their patients but the staff would rather complain about not gettin

Awesome service! They have been my life saver for over 10+ years, when it comes to allergies, medication, trial error, shots, and everything breathing. I swear by what they do, why?! They take their jobs seriously, they call you right away when it comes to getting your serums, and your follow up appointments . For instance Elsie and Janet gave me a call a couple hours ago to let me know I can come in today for my treatments. It amazes me that I can be, and will be able to be serviced before closing on the same day I was called. It is personalized care to the patient. I love that, and you don’t get that from other doctors. The treatments and manageable and apt times are speedy quick, the doctors really look through your chart and treat you, the whole you & your life. They ask the real que
