My rating and comment not about the Dr . It’s all about management team . I am very disappointed with the behavior and attitude of the staff during my recent experience. The employees showed a clear lack of professionalism and basic health ethics knowledge, which is unacceptable in a healthcare setting. Their rude and dismissive attitude made the situation even worse and left me feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. Staff members should treat every individual with respect, compassion, and professionalism — values that were completely missing here. I strongly urge management to take immediate action to train their team on proper communication, professional conduct, and health ethics. No patient or client should have to deal with such poor treatment.

I've been seeing the Dr's at this practice since September of 2025. Everyone has been great! Each time I've been there, I leave with the confidence that I'm under the care of knowledgeable and caring Dr's, and their support team.

My rating is not based on my doctor or the care provided. I was only with my doctor for about 15-20 minutes but he seemed very caring and knowledgeable. If I was told base my rating on the Dr. they would probably get a five-star rating. My negative rating is based purely on the fact that there is so much perfume, scented candles, etc. in the back offices that it nearly caused me to have an asthma attack. I have chemically triggered asthma. My asthma is only triggered when somebody has on a lot of cologne, perfume, or by scented candles, room deodorizers, etc. I can't believe a medical facility would not put measures in place to prohibit the use of scented items. Every time i go to this office i alway pay my co-pay and then after two week or so i will get another bill from them. One day i called and pay$167 she said my insurance did not covered. I gave her my credit card info and paid it in full that was 2024 and here it is 2025 i just got another bill for $107.72???? The last time i saw them was in 2024 and i paid it already. Same bill different amount. I think the office people can’t do the math or they are just plain crooked. I will not go to this office anymore nor recommend them. So dishonest.

I have a long story to tell about this clinic BUT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM. Dont waste your money or your time.
