Centennial Medical Group Physical Therapy - Maple Lawn

I’ve been to numerous PT offices in my life and this by far is the best. The staff is awesome and the PT (Eli) is attentive, professional and overall awesome. The PTAS are fantastic as well. Highly recommended.

Great place to get PT. Efrahim is a great physical therapist and everyone there is very helpful. Helped me recover from the tear in my shoulder.

They have been without heat since November. It’s freezing cold in the clinic which can’t be good for recovery. I feel so bad for the employees who have to work in those conditions. I’ll be transferring else where until they get it fixed.
