Centennial Dental Clinic

Been coming here for years. When they originally had IV sedation twice a month for free. Staff is friendly but place can be very busy I would definitely suggest do early appointment to avoid crowd or back ups.

Worst office staff ever except the new manager seems nice and I wish him luck with it. They were all so rude and unprofessional and don’t even answer the phone 99% of the time, if they do, it’s all attitude. It’s honestly funny it’s so bad. And the evil facial expressions they all have when you approach the desk like how dare you bother me and expect me to do my job. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE! And don’t get me started on the disrespectful surgeon that won’t speak to me as a parent and only addresses my child even when I call him out on it. This place sucks!!!

The person currently answering the phone today, on 7/28, needs to work on her customer service skills. She intentionally hangs up on people or puts them on hold and hangs up after putting them on hold. I am sure she doesn't get paid to be rude and have an unenthusiastic attitude when she answers the phone.

Dr Wiltz is a great doctor. He extracted two of my teeth. He did such a great job that the swelling went away in 4 hours. Yes, you heard right. I had no pain either. Great service. And I am not biased. I gave that other Montefiore Clinic Schiff 0 stars because thats what they deserve for ignoring patients' needs.

Terrible service. The lady's in the front are disgusting, they prioritize who they want. They are very unwelcoming and the dental staff is a joke. My wife went their for a total of 6 visits and the work is still not done. They keep having her come back just to waiste our time and all she is doing is replacing her crown. The old bald headed security guard is another disgusting individual who thinks he runs the place always being discriminatory to certain individuals, especiallythose with children. The oral surgery department is another joke, my wife waited for 1.5 hours and then was told she has to wait longer after sitting there in pain. She told them she can't wait any longer with tears in her eyes and then they ladies at the front desk started to laugh. MONTEFIORE you are becoming a jok
