The most disorganized pharmacy with the an equally incompetent and unprofessional staff. Julessa who sits in the front and also answers the phone acts as if she's doing the customer's a favor. Her entire demeanor is rude and speaks of someone who doesn't want to work or prioritize customer service. Outside of her, they lose prescriptions and despite having a robust customer service team, they aren't interested in troubleshooting and assisting customers. This caused me an entire week to go without my medication because they weren't willing to call the other pharmacy despite the transferring pharmacy confirming details around who they spoke with and at what time. Do better! You're in a community of people that might require a little more support.

My dermatologist set this pharmacy for me because my regular pharmacy doesn’t carry this medication, but every delivery after the first one has been a nightmare. They repeatedly: put the wrong address or left out my apartment number. didn’t enter the building (because there was no apartment # specified by them for driver) ignored my messages and calls marked “attempted delivery” even when they weren’t at the correct location failed to respond for hours while I waited at home during the entire delivery window This time I spent four days trying to get my medication (and still didn’t get it), wasting hours waiting for calls and texts that never came. Each time they blamed me or said “we will try tomorrow,” without fixing the actual problem — their incorrect delivery information and lack of

It's a delivery pharmacy,they deliver my 1 medicine from Bronx to Brooklyn once a month.sometimes they are behind on their schedule, and I don't get my medicine on time.i guess it's partly my fault for not changing pharmacies.i gotta tell youse.they sent a guy who speaks no English, how he could read the street signs to drive beats me,he tried to call his supervisor took 10 minutes to find her, and she spoke no English!so am I supposed to take a Spanish course to communicate with these people?this is USA,it should be the other way around.

My experience with Cedra Pharmacy was absolutely amazing. They helped me get my prescriptions covered my insurance and then hand delivered them to my door the next day!! I’m shocked at the ease of this process and will definitely be a returning customer.

I’ve been dealing with this pharmacy company for about 2 years now. I was so happy I was told about them from my son’s dermatologist because they’ve never gave me any issues containing any prescription and then they deliver which makes things so much easier. Only thing is it doesn’t come same day but more than likely I’ve never needed anything right away but the waiting times usually range from 2-3 days from the day the prescription was made and sent.
