From the moment I walked in, the two ladies at the front desk were warm, inviting, and attentive. They were compassionate, caring, and truly showed they respect and enjoy the field they’re in. The lobby was well-managed, and you could tell they were genuinely focused on patient care. Coming from the dental field myself, I have a very particular eye for how care is delivered—thorough, efficient, not rushed, up front with prices, considerate of the patient (or in this case, my puppy), and never about just “making a dollar.” Dr. Martin and her staff checked every single box. Their knowledge and professionalism gave me complete confidence, and I felt my puppy Simba was in the best hands. Although it’s a bit of a drive for me, Cedar Animal Hospital will now be my new vet home. Thank you, Dr.

Cedarcrest Animal Hospital has been absolutely amazing to our family. Dr. Martin and Dr. Qualls have cared for three of our dogs over the years, with two of them still happily with us today. Everyone here is so sweet and amazing. My little Sophie Marie had surgery and had some complications but Dr. Qualls took such wonderful care of her and saw her almost daily til my baby girl was well. The staff was so sweet and always loved on her. The care and love for my baby is outstanding. Me and Sophie Marie highly recommend!! They treat you like family❤️❤️❤️
