Managed to get a new patient appointment for the next day when I called, but my web form appointment request had been ignored for weeks before that. The dental hygienist was kind, efficient, and gentle. The dentist was also friendly and efficient.

My cleaning appointment went really well. I feel taken care of. The Dr's and the staff were all very professional and nice. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a good all around place to go.

Left a message to see about getting a cleaning there for myself and my daughter and never received a call back, called again and spoke to a very rude receptionist. I stated I never received a call back and she very rudely said um okay what do you want, is this an emergency or what? I said no I never received a callback so I didn’t know if you were taking new patients for cleanings, she just sat there, I told her I would call somewhere else and she said okayyyyy. We are a military family and move a lot and just moved to this area and are just trying to find new doctors and dentists, can’t believe how rude someone can be, I’ll be sure to share this with other military families.

Cedar Smiles is always a nice and pleasant experience. The front desk staff are really polite. There's never really a wait. Dentist is professional and swift with detailed information and instructions.

I needed all 4 wisdom teeth and a molar pulled and they got me an appointment within a month. When I got there all of the staff were extremely friendly and compassionate, extremely helpful and answered every question I had. The Dr. that helped me was Dr. Fisher and he was excellent and answering all of my questions and talking me through every single thing he was doing, he stopped every single time when I showed i was in a lot of pain and waited for me to be ready to start again. He was excellent and exceeded my expectations by a landslide. If you need oral surgery this is definitely the place to go and I will be referring everyone I know to come to this office. The only down side to my visit was I didn't get any meds for the ride home (I live 3 hours away) but I made it work and couldn't
