Cedar Point Health - Urgent Care

I went to Cedar point urgent care in Clifton because my doctor’s phone lines were down all day and I had been dealing with kidney stone pain for almost 2 weeks and I wanted to be seen without going to the emergency room. I didn’t want pain meds. I just wanted to get the stones past faster. The doctor was very patronizing. He said I did not have kidney stones when I told him I had the exact same symptoms as I did when I was diagnosed with kidney stones in 2020 he said I probably had a UTI in addition to kidney stones which St. Mary’s had checked for, and I didn’t have and when I told him it hurt every time after I urinated He said I didn’t have kidney stones that if I did, I would have 100 kidney stones because of it hurting that many times. I never mind waiting for a provider at urgent care since it is a walk in clinic. I understand the concept of first come first. However, when you wait for a provider for 2+ hours then she doesn't even get the appropriately sized instruments to look into my ears (my ear canals are abnormally small) it is very dissapointing. My time with the provider consisted of "yup your ear is red, I sent in antibiotics". Very dissapointed in my care. The front desk staff was great.

Brought my daughter in today to be seen and they were prompt, courteous and professional. They deal with alot especially this time of the year so I appreciate them! Dr. Hoffman was great and gave us a diagnosis rather quickly and gave me some helpful tips and advice. God bless and thank you, Allen Family

The providers at Cedar Point Urgent Care are amazing, especially the PA my son was fortunate to see while he was ill. Thank you for providing such excellent care for us and the Montrose community.

My overall experience at this Urgent Care was quite good. Unfortunately, I had to wait in the waiting room for two full hours and the A/C wasn't working or whatever so it was uncomfortably hot me and all of the other people waiting. The PA who took care of me, Chris, did a great job, even though the treatment an incredible amount of pain.
