I have a family member who has been coming to "New Directions/Cedar Point Family Services" for well over three years for addiction services. Thankfully, we were able to meet with Dr. Santoro while my family member was inpatient at the Reading Hospital for a different medical approximately a week prior to discharge, which Dr. Santoro would not sign off on until there was a bed available at the hospital detox center. The doctor is the head of the hospital's Addiction Department - I'm not sure of the actual name of the department anymore, but he's in charge of it; as well as "New Directions", which is the methadone/suboxone clinic in West Reading and he also has a private practice as an Internist.
