Smoke 'em if you've got 'em Update. Within a week or 2 of posting this the problem went away. Must thank them and especially you seeing this I have used this facility for many years and have no problems with the medical staff in general. My issue is with the management of the facility, which as its name suggests is primarily a medical facility. I have been coming and going 3 times a week for a few months now in particular and there has NOT been a time I arrived or departed where I have not been met at the front entrance (the only one we have access to) by a female, stocky worker wearing a black uniform seated at the front bench smoking. Went to see Dr. Karpitskaya today. Let me first say she is a wonderful doctor and she really knows her stuff. She is polite and understanding of your issues. As for her staff and the front desk, they are changed out way to often. Bienville doesn't train them well enough. They loose paperwork all the time, they forget to make or save appointments and they have horrible attitudes. I have had so many issues with them that I started to document all of my own information I give them. They do not file the questionnaire they ask you when you arrive. If they happen to file it they put what ever they want as your answers. I have caught them on 3 separate occasions falsely submitting information. The wait times in the front aren't to bad but the wait for the doctor in the back room is on average an

The lady working the front desk was extremely rude and unpleasant. Will never go back there although it means getting new family doctor at a different place. The unprofessional attitude at that place was uncalled for. Never going back.

Best children’s clinic ever very understanding caring loving doctors and nurses the staff all are very helpful and friendly. My daughter has been going here for 14 yrs. And I wouldn’t Change it.
