Cedar Family Dentistry

I was looking for a nearby dentist for my tooth fillings. I happen to see this Cedar Family Dentistry and scheduled for a consult. The staff were vere approachable, patient and knowledgable of my needs and inquiries. Thank you to Dr. Richa, she was very thorough explaining all my questions and was always making sure that I am comfortable during the whole process and her assistant. Thanks to the 2 beautiful girls in the front desk for my scheduling and insurance questions. Props to the girls that did my xray and scans for being very patient because I know they had a hard time as i have a really small mouth lols, see you again when I get my invisalign. I was the patient who left her water bottle in your clinic twice :)

My experience with Cedar Family Dentistry has been terrible as of late. They were bought by a corporation and the dentists are a revolving door. I never have the same dental hygienist each time and so nobody understands my history and I can’t really talk with them about my history because it seems like the notes that they have are not carried forward or just poor. The service has been lackluster ever since Dr. McGary sold the practice. The only saving grace is the administrators. They are great. However, I think I’m going to actually leave and go to a different dentist. So if it was my practice, I would make some real changes or you guys are going to lose more patients if you haven’t already done so.

They have the latest technology and really went above and beyond to assure my comfort and ease any anxiety I had. They were my second opinion regarding some gum recession issues and they suggested Invisalign instead of a tissue graft because my bite is causing some of the gum recession and a gum graft could fail if the bite is not corrected. I am so thankful that I came to them. I have definitely found my new dental home!

Attempted simple procedure but got nervous halfway through and gave up. Very unprofessional. They knew it was a gold implant but failed to pull the record to learn the details. They were unprepared and lacking key skills and tools to do the job correctly and so gave up immediately when confronted with normal issues.

Staff was very professional. The dentist was very professional. I appreciate the fact that you didn’t have to wait too long and all the paperwork was explained. Great job.
