Luna 🌙 had an amazing time at her first visit to a vet! So glad we chose Catzablanca for her first vet experience. Everyone was wonderful from front desk to the vet, and everyone in between. Luna loved her appointment and by the end didn't even want to leave. What a difference it makes going to a clinic that is cat only. She was so comfortable and loved the staff. Thanks again!

We’ve been clients here since 2022 when we adopted a ‘super senior’ cat and needed to establish care for her, and have since transferred care to Catzablanca for the other two cats we have. I appreciate that most of their appointments are ‘cat parking’ where you drop them off in the morning and pick up in the afternoon. I believe this gives them more time to do a thorough exam/provide services, and just makes things easier schedule-wise. They also offer traditional timed appointments, which I can understand some people may be more comfortable with based on some other reviews. I have always received a quote leading up to an appointment, even with the few last minute emergency trips that have been needed. We have had the absolute best experience at Catzablanca. They truly do their best to keep the cats comfortable, including having private waiting rooms with cat trees in them, and being cat exclusive. I had a very pleasant experience with all 3 of my cats, and they even had a cute welcome box for me at our first visit! The price point is a bit on the higher end for our area but I truly believe it reflects the quality of care we received and is worth every penny! So happy to be established with such an amazing clinic!

I want to preface this by saying that the front desk people have been incredibly kind and helpful. As well as the vet techs. Unfortunately, my partner and I have been very displeased with the care at this vet. We only just started coming here in November for our 2 cats and have had 4 appointments. Out of these 4 appointments, I have only left not displeased once. We had a pre-op appointment for our girl cat who needed to be spayed. They brought her to another room where I was not present. She was shaved to check for spay despite this being a pre-op for a spay. It is in her chart that she just had kittens recently, and I was not asked about whether or not she was spayed, despite being in the waiting room. They quoted $1200 for the whole spay procedure. I took my cat to Catzablanca today to try and get a professional opinion on a lump I found in my cats armpit, I absolutely adore and treasure my cat I wanted to make sure he was okay and it wasn’t anything scary. So I made an appointment to get it checked out. My old roommate used to take his cat here so I figured it would be a decent spot since a lot of local vets near me weren’t accepting new patients.
