Caton Park Nursing Home

Not professional when you call and ask for information. Still waiting for a return call from the case manager, almost 2 weeks. Gets involved in family drama and not keeping it professional. Always in the black neighborhood. At four seasons nursing home they are more professional and I would of preferred my mom stayed there .

Went here to visit my niece and the staff were very friendly and nice. You can tell they care about the patients.

Had the misfortune of having to contact this facility in an attempt to reach my sister for an update on condition. Everyone from the front desk security that is on duty today, 8.23.25 @ 5:20 pm, to floor staff are all unprofessional. Security transferred me, then the ladies ie., nurse/cna/pca, whomever, answered the phone YELLING that security should've transferred me to extension 30. I then ask if I should call back or if they can transfer me, I got chastised by 2 different ladies with heavy accents. Called back and requested to be transferred to extension 30 and the male security person, got belligerent. I requested his name and/or badge number and he said YOU DONT NEED THAT and hung up. I called back repeatedly and he picked up and HUNG UP multiple times. This has got to be the most unp

Nice and clean. We need a place like Caton park Nursing Home. Great place

My mom was recently admitted to Caton Park for rehab and I can’t believe she actually feels at home. She had a serious panick attack the night they brought her in. When the dust settled & the rest of the family began visiting her, she seemed genuinely very happy & the staff is exceptional. She’s looking forward to her PT exercises because the Dr. explained their goals for her treatment and she can’t wait to start. My mom thanked me for choosing this facility for her to get back her strength and I am thanking the Staff and Doctors involved in her care also.
