Never had an issue before but i needed a referral and i called the day before to get one. They said they would take care of it and i kept calling and still nothing until i was in the office waiting. Finally got a referral about a half hour after my appointment was supposed to start. Considering it was for cardiovascular this whole experience wasn't good for my heart.

I've been seeing Dr. Rajpal Chppra for many years. Recently, I reached out to his office at 5 different times within 10 days for my refill and the assistants who answers the phone assuring me they are sending the doctor my requests, but no refill sent to my pharmacy even though I mentioned I am out of medication. I am very disappointed and will use an endocrinologist at Nothwell.

To Whom May it Concern I am writing to express my extreme frustration regarding the repeated failures to provide a referral to my heart doctor. I called your office three times today—at 9 AM, 1 PM, and 4 PM—and each time I was told someone would get back to me, which did not happen. The last person I spoke with at 4 PM specifically assured me I would receive a follow-up, and that promise was also unfulfilled. This lack of communication and follow-through is completely unacceptable. My healthcare is at stake, and I urgently need this referral to see my heart specialist. I expect immediate action to rectify this situation and provide me with the necessary referral without further delay. The billing department of Catholic Health seems like it is from Hell. They repeatedly submit fraudulent bills, and I have to spend a lot of time going over the reasons for the illegitimate of their charges. They send the bills to an incorrect address and the purport to profit from it it when I get the bill late and haven't paid them. They attempt to get a co-payment greater than my actual co-payment under the Insurance policy. They make up nonsensical claims of co-insurance charges and suggest that I contact my insurance company about it but my insurance company these charges are unfounded. They ignore the Explanation of Benefits by my insurance company provided that point out that I do not owe for certain alleged charges. I’ve dealt with Dr Charles are my PCP and Dr Chopra as my endocrinologist, and I’ve had great experiences with both doctors. Great bedside manners, thoroughly answers all questions, and overall great communication and understanding.
