First review I've ever written. It's no secret most of the health care industry sucks these days. The higher ups need to pay close attention to the attitudes here. I saw some rolling of the eyes towards other patients when we first arrived. My senior relative's health is declining rapidly, and she was here for testing The MRI tech was fantastic and understanding. He advised me to hold her much needed personal items and wait inside. I had to return her dr's call, stepped outside, and the 3 at the desk wouldn't let me back in. " Just take a seat" the rudest dark haired snob said. Took a lot of strength to keep quiet. This place is lucky the tech walked her out. Had she fallen, ,God only know what would have happened. Obviously, I'm not the only one with an issue here. I won't bring her back

useless nurses witnessed my husband passing out after blood draw. they did nothing to help, did not take vitals, nor did they inform the doctor. random passerby had to find us and get help. afterwards nurse blamed my husband for this situation. i do not recommend when someone finally came they gave us expired juice to hydrate with. this facility charges a lot for appointments yet cant afford to give patients food that isn’t expired? the item expired in november 2025 it is now january…

Went for my annual physical last month, which with my insurance has no copay. However, because I answered the doctor’s questions in the course of my visit about my health, they decided to add an office visit to my physical exam for billing purposes and are now hounding me for $30.00 by repeatedly sending me paper bills and emails. Multiple conversations with the billing department led nowhere as they are firm on assessing me a copay charge without cause. Supervisors are conveniently unavailable to discuss and never return phone calls. They literally did the same thing to my wife. Never in all the years (decades!) of having annual physical exams was I ever charged a copay for discussing my health with my doctor. Never going back and you should beware.

My mother called Monday 5/5. Spoke to Dr Bautista regarding a letter she needs faxed over to her job. Dr Bautista said he will get in touch with someone that takes care of all of that in the office. 10 minutes later she gets a call from this “lovely” women. As my mother proceeded to explain what she needed faxed over, the woman decided to say “they don’t have time for that, and hung up on my mother. As someone that works in medical field that was absolutely disgusting. My mother has been going to Dr Bautista for years, and to have someone tell my mother she doesn’t have time to FAX A LETTER and just hang up on her is completely unacceptable. The women didn’t give her name of course, but if she’s so miserable at her job, and can’t care for patients properly maybe she should find another car

Clean facility with staff that takes the time to explain procedures and make you feel comfortable before exams
