do NOT ever go see this nurse practioner I never felt comfortable around her never an she will let you go for no reason at all she let me go an sent me a letter an the letter does not say why she let me go an she is stopping me from seeing any of the other doctors in that office an that is against the law to do that hope she knows THAT an the doctors im seeing now is way better an smarter than catherine reynolds an she also needs to go back to school an she does not care about her patients either

The receptionist worked me in for an appointment the same afternoon I called, with genuine interest, enthusiasm and compassion. The FNP, Catherine Reynolds, evaluated my symptoms and concerns professionally, thoroughly and personably. Her diagnosis and prescribed course of treatment worked well for me over the next few days. Today, I'm 'like new' again and feeling great. All of my experiences at Ascension Medical Group Saint Thomas in Gallatin, TN have been beneficial. I'm thankful we have such good staff and docs looking after our community with quality care!

She saw my father this past week. He is a diabetic and was diagnosed with bronchitis and sinusitis. During the visit, she remarked and documented that his blood pressure was elevated. She then proceeded to prescribed a medication that contained pseudoephedrine, a substance known to raise blood pressure. Since taking the medicine, his bp has been running between 160-198. Had it not been for us having medical professionals in the family who realized that the pseudoephedrine was likely raising his BP, he could have experienced some very significant adverse health problems due to the lack of awareness by the prescriber/provider.
