IF I could give 0 stars I would! I arrived at 5:15, FINALLY got called to register when there was ONE person in front of me at 5:53pm. THEN I waited an ADDITIONAL 2 hrs for them to see a whole patient before me. 7:30 I finally went back to a room and the nurse called my name VERY wrong so I said it right with the last name cause maybe she really was looking for a "Kerea" and she got attitude saying people always say her name wrong and how she isnt affected by it and pushed a blood presure cart into the doorway with force. THEN said "she will be in... well not soon, shes doing a laceration right now and then is taking a break" and left. However, the student practitioner was VERY nice which I saw at 7:50. The extremly nice dr came in at 8:00 and i left at 8:06, I hate having to write a nasty

Very caring and respectful for starters! I came in a few days ago for stitches and she did an awesome job. I came back today for a follow up and I feel the same way. Great ladies for the company

I had a great experience with this urgent care. I was in and out of there efficiently. Jacinda was excellent and very kind. I will definitely be coming back when I’m in need.

The man who answered the phone was very rude. Ridiculed me for asking if we should come in with a 103 fever. When I asked if it was crowded or if we could come and get seen, he laughed at me and said that’s not going to happen, that there would be wait time. I had to further press to inquire what that wait time might be, to which he responded “an hour” and hung up.

This urgent care was very clean. They were very quick to get me back and seen. I will be back if I ever need go urgent care again.
