Not professional at all ! Staff needs to be replaced ! Arrived at 6:45 15 minutes before closing time and the whole staff already outside locking up the door ! Very unprofessional! Very important medication now has to be delayed because they wanted to close early!

Terrible service. When you arrive, the staff just sit there doing nothing and don't even ask how you can help. They're just glued to their phones. Pharmacy employees should be friendly and provide good service.

Castle Hill Drugs Inc truly goes above and beyond. They offer expedited services with upfront care that’s efficient and professional. What really stood out to me was their attentiveness - following up every day, making sure we were cared for, and not letting anything slip through the cracks. You can tell they genuinely care. A great company overall - I would highly recommend them!

It really depends who is there but they never really pay attention i know it gets busy but if you cant do the job maybe you shouldnt have it

I had a very important prescription needing to be filled. They did not tell me it was on backorder till my clinic called about it a week later and they told my clinic it would be available the following day. I call today they say it won't be available till Friday. If you take essential medication do not fill your prescription here there is a dozen other pharmacy's on castle hill that have never given me this issue at least not without notifying me which is the bare minimum. I went there in person and they still did not mention having my medicine on backorder.
