Castellon Pharmacy

The only pharmacy we could find that carried the prescriptions I needed after my total hip replacement. I didn’t go inside but my husband did and he said it’s a real nice store inside and if we lived closer (we’re on the West Bank), he’s go there on the regular. Thank you so much for carrying what I needed. I was in literal tears from the pain and frustration.

This is what a drug store used to be. They are friendly, know your face and perfect neighborhood pharmacy!

DO NOT GO HERE. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. robin talked down to me and hung up the phone on me multiple times and refused to check my insurance information stating the numbers don’t work. Stating it’s not her job to validate insurance information. When indeed the policy is active and correct as I just used it the day prior and I do believe it is her job. this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I can’t believe staff is allowed to talk to customers this way. When I asked there names they would not give them to me, trying to conceal there identities. I had to call back and ask multiple times to get these names.

I started using Castellon's about a year ago and they are entirely wonderful. Everything is always ready on time, their people are always helpful and nice, the app works great and they're just all-around wonderful. 11 starts out of 10. Recommended.

I’ve been coming here since ‘04. They never fail to have my prescriptions in stock at a reasonable price. They carry a large selection of vitamins, supplements and medical supplies as well as cleaning products and some cosmetics. I’ve visited dozens of times and never had an unpleasant experience. Every member of the staff has always been friendly and nice. I leave in a better mood than when I walked in. Though I haven’t lived in the neighborhood in years, I continue to go out of my way to do business here.
