I can’t express 5 stars enough except through years of returning care and services through Dr. Castelli. From multiple car accidents to tearing a quad muscle trying to chase a crazy life goal of running over 100miles.. I can say we finally did it. (Btw I ran 140miles in <48 hrs not even a year after my leg injury! No excuses!) We bounced back and better than ever. Doc has been treating me for over 3 years now. Instead of once a week through more serous injuries, I’ve reeled it back to monthly visits but I definitely feel like a vip and a new person every time I visit. Gotta keep my body maintenance up. Trust the process! Another important reason for my return is his office accepts my VA coverage, so any veterans looking to help alleviate migraines, aches and pains look no further than here

If I could give 10 stars I would because five just doesn’t feel like enough for Dr. Castelli and his incredible team. After going through a traumatic accident I came in with pain, stiffness, and a lot of uncertainty about my recovery. From day one Dr. Castelli has been phenomenal. His hands on physical therapy is not just effective, it’s exemplary and you can feel his genuine care in every session. The deep tissue massages, advanced rehab techniques, and supportive environment have made a world of difference in my healing. Even the little things matter here like the fresh mountain spring water in the waiting room seriously the best and the fact that they use the most advanced, clean, top quality equipment for treatment. Every visit feels like I’m being truly taken care of, not just treated

DR CASTELLI & his team are wonderful. Ashley the receptionist always greets you with a smile and makes you feel.at ease. Rachel the Massage Theropist knows her skill. She goes above and beyond to make sure to not only focus on your problem areas she feeds you with information to improve at home. Dr. Castelli is always professional with great listening skills. He hears your complaints of pain and problem areas and then addresses them each to the fullest ability. The attention from the X-ray technician and the doctor was very kind. They were patient because I don't speak English, and they used the technical means to make themselves understood very well. Thank you very much.
