I gave a one because the doctor was nice. Her staff never moves from the chairs I had to call twice about my contacts they kept telling me my insurance was holding it up. I called and my insurance said they had been paid and it was on my app that they had. I didn’t like when I had to take my contacts out for my exam I had to use the public bathroom to remove them. They need a place were you can go remove them that is more sanitary! I will not return and I do not recommend.

Dr. Smith was able to squeeze me in on my lunch break, I had 30min to get in and get out, and she was quick and thorough.

Dr. Smith took over 45 minutes to provide me with a thorough and professional exam. She was concerned about every aspect of my vision. Five stars and my comments cannot adequately express my satisfaction.

I would highly recommend Dr Smith very professional and thorough eye exam Staff are friendly and helpful a great experience all around will definitely come back
