Highly recommend the massage and lymph drainage combo! Always leave feeling refreshed, and relaxed. She has such a great knowledge of all of the body works and you can truly tell she loves what she does. If you are looking for a great way to start improving your overall health she is a wealth of knowledge. I've worked with her for nutrition twice and she helped me tremendously both times. Cannot recommend seeing her enough.
