The facility administration is exceptional! The one concern I had with the facility was addressed immediately. It's very important to address concerns on the spot when leaving your loved ones in someone else's care. I appreciate the comfort in knowing the staff will be very attentive and quick to respond to our loved ones meeting their needs and making our lives better. Thank you!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Cascades at Jacinto. From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt a sense of comfort and care. The staff is incredibly attentive, compassionate, and dedicated to the well-being of every resident. My parishioner has been treated with the utmost dignity and respect, and it truly feels like their second home.

I visited my friend there yesterday, and the staff were very helpful, kind, and compassionate. There is a good feeling there of nurses and staff who really care about the residents.

5 stars for staff and management! I had a very welcoming experience upon entering this home. The young man at the entrance was cordial and personally walked me to where I needed to go. Staff throughout the facility were smiling and friendly. The building could use some updates, but it's what's on the inside that counts!

Man I'm glad this facility takes veterans and my insurance. Look forward to going to the day room and congregate. We may not all be on the same level but we look out for each other. And the staff looks out for us. Seems like the resources for veterans is hard to come by. Physical and occupational therapy is stellar. Thank y'all.
