Apparently, Cascade took down my review. Here it is again: I’m not sure what is wrong with your hospital. My father has been there 4 times since November. Two of the three visits in January 2026 were absolutely terrible. How can your physician fail to recognize cellulitis? They told my father that the ailment they failed to determine would “resolve in two weeks”. Within 24 hours my father was admitted to Providence for four days, put on IV antibiotics and sent home with an additional twelve days of antibiotics. It’s hard to believe he was actually seen by a real physician at Cascade. I guess it was a mad rush to treat and street. Dad’s February 1st visit involved registration calling me when they figured out dementia patients can’t answer questions. 🙄 She sent me down to the ER. The perso
This hospital is a joke! I went in after 4 days of excruciating pain in my arm, neck and back. They did absolute squat for me. The first thing they told me when I was in a room was that they were not going to do imaging because I didn’t fall or have a serious accident. After sitting in the room for a bit and then having done nothing but a lidocaine patch and a shot in my arm, I had to say I wanted them to write on my after visit summary that they are refusing imaging. Then they said well we just don’t think it’s necessary but we can do an x ray…. I needed an mri not an x ray as I was explaining that I believed I had a pinched nerve in my neck/back area. They gave me an x ray and then they came in to release me before even telling me what the x ray said! I had to ask!! They didn’t believe m
10/10 do not recommend. FILTHY 1st - they took me to a gurney and the sheet was gross I asked if it was clean and she said well yeah. Then looked at it and took of the sheet and said actually sit on this one, sheet was ALSO dirty. 2nd - the nurse who tried to get an IV in didn’t get it the first try she didn’t put anything on it to keep it from bleeding so there was blood on me she kept wiping away with an already blood soak piece of gauze so she was just smearing it across my arm. She then used the sanitizing alcohol pad she prepped the first poke with. As she found where she was going to try next she used the dirty blood covers alcohol pad that was also sitting on the tray which was dirty to prep the area and then touched it with her bare finger then poked me ( it couldn’t have been c
Every single time I come into this ER for either myself or my girlfriend the staff is ivolved in helping for all but 45 minutes, will give medications and iv and get everything started but take hours to discharge!! I’ve been here since 12:45am 02/19/26 and at about 2:37am my girlfriend had me start my car because a nurse had said discharge papers are coming soon. I start the car and sit for a whole hour. Fast forward it’s 4:30am and I’m getting irritated, a nurse walks in and mentions that they need a urine sample. Shouldn’t that have been mentioned maybe a little closer to the beginning of the visit? I have a very good opportunity to go to a job interview for a great career for me to get into. And now I’m not even going to remotely make it in time. From now on I’m driving an hour north or
The acute care team here is a joke. My fiance was admitted through ER and spent 3 days in ICU and the nurses there were fantastic however when moved down to acute care the nurses and staff were horrible. When asked for something or in need of pain medication it took over an hour each time for anyone to do anything. People are not in that hospital to be ignored but that is exactly what happens. They are too busy sitting at their desk chit chatting with the other workers to be bothered to do their jobs! Its no wonder this hospital is referred to as Casket valley. Do your damn job!
