I came to Cascade Spine and Injury for sciatica pain and received care that went far beyond my expectations. Dr. B took time and care to identify the root causes contributing to my sciatica. Rather than just treating immediate pain or sending me to PT, he gave me specific exercises and tools to manage it long-term and build strength. He is kind, professional, and has empowered me to take better care of myself. The acupuncturist, Michelle, is amazing too. She has been patient and skilled with my sensitive system - warm, open, and easy to work with. She addressed concerns beyond just the sciatica, which I really appreciated. I came to Dr. B's clinic due to an auto accident I was in this past summer. I was impressed how he was able to find the root cause of my pain and help me reach a sense of normalcy again over the span of my therapy. He and the other staff working here are friendly and kind. Amazing gem of a place! I started here for acupuncture and eventually transitioned to receiving both acupuncture and chiropractic services. Michelle is truly a gifted acupuncturist, if you are weary or nervous, start here! Acupuncture is truly a gift and an art and Michelle has it, she makes you feel at ease and delivers delicious add-ons such as cupping, infrared heat, heated table and chines herbs to soothe away stiffness. Dr. B is equally amazing and incredibly knowledgeable. He unlocked so many obstacles for me that were hindering my running progression and causing pain. This service is so much more than back cracking, Dr. B provides an in-depth analysis of your skeletal-muscle system, provides education and recommendation to age functionally-which really should be our all goals!

I really lucked out deciding to go to Cascade Spine & injury Center after my car accident. I chose them because they are across the street from where I live (convenience influences most of my decisions like this: the closest dentist, doctor, mechanic, et. al.), but could not have found a better, more professional chiropractic doctor or office. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and I always felt taken care of. Dr. Keenan explained in great detail the nature of my injury (whiplash), the muscles involved, the timeline of the treatments, as well as the philosophy and physiognomy of the care.
