I would not recommend this periodontal office. The provider had no bedside manner and made the experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. If you value respectful, compassionate care, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

This provider has zero bedside manner and is condescending with a sour demeanor.

Very professional and helpful when in the office, but they never got back to us about our insurance coverage or to schedule an upcoming procedure.

You have dental surgery here and they won't even give meds to manage pain sad.

I have seen Dr. Rueter for years and have had excellent care. Everyone in the office is welcoming and helpful, and the hygienist is really good.
