Negative negative awful place for any help with bill paying. They will send you to collections with no notice. If you call to pay bill better have account number or they will NOT help you. Stupid health no care place.

My 12-year son went to ER and while insurance covered most of the visit and services, Emanuel Legacy hospital sent out samples to this clinic and they charged nearly the full list amount - over $1,000. It was deemed in-network so my insurance PacificSource did not offer to help. Called Cascade Pathology for any type of discount and they referred me to the doctor for financial aid letter but nothing else. Legacy Emanuel should not contract with Cascade Pacific Pathology or any entity under umbrella of Sonic Healthcare. They are financially harming their patients by letting this 3rd party charge full freight even when patients carry insurance.

Sent me a bill once months after my procedure to say “final notice” before sending to collection. Tried looking up my statement on their account but couldn’t find it. Finally got my collection notice in the mail. This business is unethical and a scam. Will report this business.

Just joining in on the one star reviews, this business bills the patient when they have insurance coverage then sends it to collections, make sure you ask your provider to not do business with them if you need any procedures or surgery

Reading the reviews I see that im not alone.. billing is horrible. Trying to call them is impossible. I got a weird feeling this is a scam.
